Showrunner/Producer Mike Wech catapults Drug Wars into the #1 rated show for Fusion Network.

Season 4 of “Drug Wars” had little to no rating. For season 5, Mike Wech was called in to give the series a new look. Mike reviewed the previous seasons and decided to give the program a complete overhaul, new graphics package, new writers and new camera crew. Mike directed all twelve episodes and was lead editor on 11 of the episodes. He produced the series and ran the show for the network. At first the network was leery about all of Mike’s suggested changes, however after seeing the first episode, the network knew they had something special. From the first episode of Season 5, Drug Wars instantly jumped to #1 at the network.
